Full job description

We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Care Staff to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive prompt, professional, and helpful service. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to start a career in customer service.

Key Responsibilities

· Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner.

· Answer inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies.

· Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

· Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. Perform basic administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Education: Must be at least Senior High School (SHS) Graduate or 1st 1st sem year college (old curriculum) .

Experience: Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer service is a plus but not required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Interpersonal Skills: Positive attitude, patient, and able to remain calm under pressure.

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
