Staff Nurse At the Medical City jobs

The Company Nurse is responsible for promoting and maintaining the health and well-being of employees within the port terminal. The role provides first aid treatment, emergency medical care, health education, and assists in the implementation of occupational health and safety programs in compliance with company policies and government regulations.

• Provides immediate first aid and emergency medical treatment to employees and visitors.
• Conducts initial health assessments for injured or ill employees and refers cases to accredited hospitals if necessary.
• Maintains and monitors employee health records and medical documentation.
• Assists in pre-employment, periodic, and exit medical examinations.
• Implements health awareness programs (e.g., hygiene, disease prevention, lifestyle management).
• Conducts health seminars and safety orientations in coordination with HR/SHES.
• Monitors and tracks common workplace illnesses and recommends preventive actions.
• Maintains inventory and replenishment of medicines and medical supplies.
• Prepares and submits regular health reports and incident logs.
• Maintains confidentiality of employee medical information.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Must be a Registered Nurse (PRC-licensed)
• With BOSH Certificate
• At least 1–2 years of experience as a company nurse, clinic nurse, or hospital staff
• Willing to be assigned in Zamboanga City

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
