Staff Nurse At the Medical City jobs

The Staff Nurse plays a vital role in providing high-quality patient care within the clinic. This position involves the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for patients in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. The Staff Nurse ensures the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate nursing services while maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients’ health status.
• Prepare patients for medical examinations and assist physicians during procedures.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient condition.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and general health maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and clinic safety protocols.
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and ensure availability of necessary equipment.
• Provide emergency care and first aid when needed.
• Participate in clinic quality improvement and continuing education programs.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid license.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic life support (BLS) and other relevant certifications are an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
