Staff Nurse, Veterans Memorial Medical Center jobs

We are looking for a highly organized and compassionate Medical VA - Registered Nurse (RN) to provide remote clinical and administrative support to healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will assist with patient coordination, chart reviews, and clinical documentation using eClinicalWorks (eCW) and Veradigm while ensuring accurate records and high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Review and update patient records using eClinicalWorks (eCW)
• Have knowledge in using Veradigm, focusing on assessing and ensuring that patients are assessed to determine if they need urgent/ emergent care vs can schedule an appointment. Researching in EHR and sending messages to clinical staff
• Assist providers with clinical documentation and chart preparation
• Conduct patient follow-up calls and basic triage support as needed
• Perform medication reconciliation and care coordination
• Manage referrals, lab results, and patient care documentation
• Support providers with telehealth workflow and patient communication
• Ensure all documentation complies with HIPAA and healthcare privacy standards

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience using eClinicalWorks (eCW) and Triage is required
• Previous experience in hospital, clinic, or outpatient settings
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical workflows
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and telehealth processes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting U.S.-based healthcare providers
• Background in care coordination, triage, or case management
• Previous remote healthcare support or virtual assistant experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
