Warehouse Staff - Reliever

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Senior High School Graduate.
  • Experience as a Warehouse Encoder.
  • with Computer Skills (Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Google Workspace: Docs, Sheets, Slide)
  • Proficient in Office Productivity tools, skilled in data verification, inventory tracking, and digital documentation.
  • Adept at using Warehouse Management System (WMS) software and spreadsheets to streamline, ‘warehouse operations and eliminate data entry errors, experience in Warehouse Mgt on/or equivallent

SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION(S):

  • Support the Warehouse Assistant Supervisor and Supervisor in overseeing daily warehouse operations.
  • Assist in receiving non-trade and import documents (GRN).
  • Monitor and record documents, including Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), in the logbook once received.
  • Receive Sales Orders (SO), record them by delivery area, and inform the assigned warehouseman.
  • Record transmittals in the logbook and encode them in the system.
  • Support in encoding of Samcus transactions, returns, and pull-outs in the both the system and logbook.
