  • Arranges and assembles the medical records of discharged patients of the hospital
  • Collects and compiles data from the medical records for statistical and other related reports
  • Reviews medical reports to ensure that reports, results and signature have been included
  • Prepares daily census reports
  • Maintains surveillance of incomplete medical records
  • Processes birth and death certificates

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four (4) years course
  • With at least six (6) months of related work experience
  • With training in ICD-10 is an advantage
  • Can start immediately
