Full job description
- Arranges and assembles the medical records of discharged patients of the hospital
- Collects and compiles data from the medical records for statistical and other related reports
- Reviews medical reports to ensure that reports, results and signature have been included
- Prepares daily census reports
- Maintains surveillance of incomplete medical records
- Processes birth and death certificates
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four (4) years course
- With at least six (6) months of related work experience
- With training in ICD-10 is an advantage
- Can start immediately
