SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably Medical Course
  • At least one (1) year related experience
  • Computer Literate
  • Good Communication Skills (oral and written)

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Clarification of Final Diagnosis and Additional Information
  • Filing of Medical Records of Patients
  • Assembly and Analysis of Health Record
  • Retrieval of Hospital Patient’s Records
  • Compilation and Reporting of Monthly / Annual Hospital Statistics
  • Completion and Submission of UDRS Report
  • Processing of Birth and Death Certificates
  • Encoding and Monitoring
  • Management and Verification of Patient’s Chart

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php14,000.00 per month
