Full job description
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Graduate of 4-year course preferably Psychology or Human Resource Management
- 1 year related work experience is an advantage
- Computer Literate
- Excellent Communication Skills
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- To efficiently support HR operations by ensuring accurate employee records, timely completion of HR administrative tasks, and smooth coordination of recruitment, onboarding, and employee services in accordance with company policies and labor regulations.
- This role involves verifying qualifications, maintaining credentialing files, coordinating the credentialing and privileging processes, and serving as a liaison between the hospital, medical staff, and regulatory bodies.
Pay: From Php14,000.00 per month
