The Stock Controller is responsible for managing, monitoring, and maintaining the inventory of raw materials, chemicals, and finished products. This role ensures accurate stock levels, proper storage conditions (including safety compliance for hazardous materials), and timely availability of materials to support production and sales operations.

Job Description

• Maintain accurate records of stock levels for raw materials, chemicals, packaging, and finished products.
• Conduct regular stock counts, reconciliations, and audits to prevent discrepancies.
• Monitor stock movement and generate inventory reports for management.
• Plan and coordinate stock replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and quality specifications.
• Ensure proper storage conditions for chemicals, adhering to safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Ensure all chemical handling, storage, and disposal procedures comply with local regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and report any risks or non-compliance.

Qualifications

• any 4 year college course graduate
• Experience is an advantage but Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
