Junior Bookkeeper

We are looking for a Junior Bookkeeper to join our team and support a fun and dynamic bookkeeping firm based in Brisbane, Australia.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their Australian bookkeeping experience while working in a supportive team that values work-life balance, learning, and career growth.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
  • Strong hands-on experience in:
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Month-End Processing
  • General Ledger Reconciliations
  • Journal Entries
  • Good understanding of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet accounts
  • Experience using Xero
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and manage deadlines
  • Willing to learn and develop Australian bookkeeping knowledge

Australian bookkeeping experience is an advantage, but candidates with strong accounting experience are also encouraged to apply.
