E-Commerce Coordinator
- Work Set-up: Remote

JOB SUMMARY:
Website Management:
- Maintaining and updating the e-commerce platform with accurate product information, pricing, and images.
- Ensuring a seamless and user-friendly customer experience on the website.
- Implementing site merchandising strategies for enhanced product visibility and improved conversion rates.
- Developing visually compelling online collections and landing pages.
Product Management:
- Assisting in product presentation and customer experience enhancements.
- Supporting catalog operations, including setting up new products and managing prices.
- Monitoring and analyzing search keyword data to optimize product discoverability. Inventory and Order Management:
- Managing inventory levels and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
- Processing e-commerce orders, shipments, and backorders.
- Tracking inventory and order status.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Working closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, customer service, product development).
- Participating in site refreshes, seasonal collection launches, sales, and promotions.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitoring and analyzing website traffic, sales data, and other key performance
- indicators (KPIs).
- Regularly reporting on site metrics, promotional performance, and site
- enhancements.
Other Tasks:
- Troubleshooting site issues and identifying areas for improvement.
- Staying current with e-commerce trends and industry best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms: (e.g., AMAZON, Shopify, WooCommerce)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with SEO, PPC, and web analytics
- Experience with digital marketing and social media
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
