About Us:

Position Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on, guest-focused Resort Manager to oversee daily operations at Dauin location. You will manage around 50 staff, ensure smooth operations, and deliver exceptional service to our international diving clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee resort operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, spa and diving services
  • Lead and motivate a team of mostly local staff
  • Handle guest relations and ensure high satisfaction
  • Support policy development and implementation
  • Manage emergencies, maintenance, training, and vendor coordination
  • Act as an ambassador of the resort on-site and off-site

Qualifications (all of these are prerequisite requirements):

  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Certified scuba diver or instructor
  • At least five years of hospitality or retail management experience
  • Knowledge of hotel operations/reservation systems
  • Work or travel experience in Asia (Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc.)

Key Skills:

  • Strong leadership and people management
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Fluent English; additional languages a plus
  • High level of self-motivation and adaptability
