The Area Sales Manager will be implementing plans that will support the objectives of the organization in terms of achieving the target of his/ her area sales, gross profit and sales lost.

What you'll be doing:

• Familliar with retail boutique operations
• Oversee the overall sales performance, product performance of assigned stores to achieve area sales targets, gross profit, and minimize sales loss.
• Audit the full compliance with company standards related to security, cash handling, store operations, policies, and procedures across the entire area.
• Develop and implement strategies and tactical action plans aligned with organizational goals and priorities.
• Monitor store performance daily and provide clear guidance to Store Teams for continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular store visits to validate operational execution and address gaps.
• Coach, mentor, and support Store Heads in meeting KPIs and upholding brand standards.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of operational documents and reports.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience as Area Sales Manager in retail (boutique apparel/ fashion industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of store operations, sales analysis, and loss prevention.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to handle multiple store locations and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.
• Has excellent computer, analytical, communication and leadership skills
• Must be willing to travel/ do onsite store visits

Area:

• Bicol Region ( SM Daet, SM Naga, SM Legazpi and Sorsogon), Quezon (Lucena)

Work Schedule:

• 6 days a week during probationary period

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
