Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Southern Luzon/Northern Luzon

Job Summary:

The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting business users, dealers, and service centers throughout system implementation. The role ensures smooth user adoption by providing functional guidance, clarifying business processes, facilitating user training, supporting implementation activities, and gathering feedback to improve overall rollout, stabilization, and transition to operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide functional support to business users, dealers, and service centers during implementation activities.
  • Explain system behavior, business processes, and operational rules to end users.
  • Conduct end-user and train-the-trainer sessions, both remote and on-site as needed.
  • Assist users in navigating new systems and business processes.
  • Collect and consolidate user feedback related to rollout, adoption, and implementation experience.
  • Refine implementation and rollout plans based on user readiness and operational feedback.
  • Support stabilization by identifying common user issues, misconceptions, and adoption gaps.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer to dealer training representatives and internal teams.
  • Prepare dealers and service centers for participation in rollout and operational transition.
