Full job description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with government agencies to secure permits, licenses, and clearances.
  • Maintain records of all permits, renewals, and submissions.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending applications.
  • Prepare and submit applications, reports, and supporting documents.
  • Prepare a progress report to identify barriers and other difficulties encountered during the project execution.
  • Advise management on changes in laws or regulations affecting operations.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of any bachelor's degree course
  • With at least 1 to 2 years of work experience in permitting, regulatory compliance, government transactions or related field.
  • Ability to complete tasks on short notice under extreme time constraints. Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Ability to organize, manage time effectively, evaluate alternative properties and courses of action and decide appropriate action in complex situations with multiple variables, and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to travel for site visits
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
