Salary: Php 19,000 – Php 23,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a Commissary Cook to join our growing kitchen team. This role is responsible for preparing large quantities of food while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and food safety. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced commissary kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Cooking

  • Prepare and cook large volumes of food according to approved menus and standard recipes
  • Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, and mixers safely and efficiently
  • Ensure food is prepared on time and meets company quality standards

Inventory & Stock Control

  • Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering and receiving supplies
  • Properly inspect, store, and rotate ingredients to maintain freshness and minimize waste

Quality Control & Food Safety

  • Conduct routine quality checks to ensure food meets standards for taste, texture, and presentation
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations at all times to prevent contamination

Cleanliness & Organization

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace
  • Clean and properly store all kitchen tools, equipment, and utensils
  • Dispose of waste correctly in accordance with company and safety guidelines

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of cooking experience preferred but not required
  • Fresh graduates with culinary training are encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work well in a team and handle high-volume food production
