Job Summary

The Research and Development (R&D) Assistant supports the R&D team in product development, testing, laboratory activities, and documentation. The role involves assisting with product trials, preparing samples, maintaining laboratory cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the R&D team in preparing, measuring, and testing product samples and raw materials.
• Support product development, formulation, and product improvement activities.
• Conduct basic laboratory tests and record results accurately under the supervision of R&D personnel.
• Prepare and organize samples for testing, evaluation, and product trials.
• Maintain proper laboratory cleanliness, organization, and equipment sanitation.
• Monitor and maintain laboratory supplies, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare and update laboratory records, reports, and other R&D documentation.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and workplace safety requirements.
• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance, Production, and other relevant departments as needed.
• Perform other duties related to research and development as assigned.

Qualifications:

• With knowledge of laboratory procedures, sample preparation, and product testing is an advantage.
• Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
• With good analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow standard operating procedures.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing and laboratory environment.
• Willing to work in General Trias, Cavite.

Pay: Php908.00 per day
