Social Media Manager (Freelance – Remote)

About Us:
We are a London-based video production agency working across a range of industries including dentistry, jewellery, small business, and education. Our content is narrative-led and video-first — we produce everything from Instagram Reels and TikToks to brand films and interview-led website videos.
We are looking for a freelance Social Media Manager to join our remote team on an ongoing basis, taking ownership of client social media accounts using the content we produce.

Working Hours:
Ability to overlap with UK working hours when required
After probation, the majority of work may be completed during Philippine working hours
This role requires someone who can problem-solve independently while the UK team is offline

Role Overview:
Content is filmed and produced by our UK production team. Your role is to manage the delivery, scheduling, and performance of that content across client social platforms — and to build and execute strategies that grow followers, views, and engagement on Instagram and other platforms.
Growing accounts is at the heart of this role. We want someone who understands what makes people follow, watch, and come back — and who can demonstrate they've done it before.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each client's goals
Drive meaningful growth in followers, views, and engagement — not just vanity metrics
Focus on attracting relevant, engaged audiences who convert into real business results
Write captions that reflect each client's voice and audience
Manage scheduled posting across platforms (primarily Instagram and TikTok)
Create and post Stories where appropriate
Engage with relevant accounts, brands, and communities on behalf of clients
Monitor performance and feed insights back to the UK team
Support overall account growth using video-led content

Requirements
We are looking for someone who:

Has a proven track record of growing Instagram accounts — in followers, reach, and engagement
Has a strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok, including how the algorithms work
Can write confidently in different brand voices
Is comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Has a genuine eye for what makes content perform
Is organised, deadline-driven, and comfortable working remotely
Can identify and solve problems independently when the UK team is offline

Tools & Workflow
Applicants should be comfortable working with:

Scheduling and social media management tools
Microsoft Teams / Tasks
OneDrive or cloud-based file sharing

Availability

Freelance role
Initially contracted for approximately 1–2 days per week
Ongoing work available for the right candidate
