Executive Assistant to the CEO
Remote | Full-Time
Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST (Los Angeles, CA time zone), Monday - Friday
We are a fast-growing, US-based therapy practice supporting home health agencies and healthcare partners across multiple states. Our leadership team manages operations, staffing, agency relationships, and business development.
We are looking for a highly intelligent, proactive, and reliable Personal Executive Assistant who will work directly with the CEO. This position functions as the CEO’s right hand in handling communication, research, coordination, and execution.
The ideal candidate must have strong English communication skills with very minimal accent, be confident on calls, and think independently without constant supervision.
This role requires someone smart, resourceful, professional, and capable of operating at a leadership-support level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO professionally and efficiently
- Make outbound calls to agencies, businesses, and partners
- Conduct detailed research on businesses, vendors, healthcare agencies, and market opportunities
- Assist with follow-ups and maintain professional communication
- Organize research findings into structured reports or summaries
- Coordinate schedules, calls, and priorities for the CEO
- Support business development efforts when needed
- Provide operational support during downtime for the therapy practice
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills with minimal accent
- Confident and professional on phone calls
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong research and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make smart decisions
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Smart in Google Sheets (comfortable with formulas, tracking systems, organizing data)
- Willing to be on WebWork time tracker and Discord
- Professional, reliable, and discreet
Strong Plus:
- Basic marketing knowledge
- Social media management experience
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and profile management
- Experience using Canva
