SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

OPERATIONAL

• Execute assigned shift duties in accordance with approved duty rosters and operational schedules.
• Provide continuous front-line CCTV surveillance coverage of all hotel and golf areas, including sensitive and high-risk locations.
• Monitor movements of guests, employees, VIPs, and suspicious individuals; immediately coordinate with guards and local authorities for response.
• Prepare and submit accurate Daily Reports, incident reports, and other required compliance documentation on time.
• Receive, assess, and investigate security-related complaints using CCTV footage and escalate findings to SM/ASM/SSO.
• Immediately escalate and formally report all security and safety incidents, accidents, and irregularities in accordance with established protocols.

CCTV Footage Review

• Receive, verify, and properly document all authorized CCTV footage requests in compliance with company security procedures and data privacy protocols.
• Retrieve, review, and provide requested footage from receipt of a valid request, subject to availability and retention.
• Properly document and investigate all Lost and Found cases by utilizing all available camera angles.
• Immediately escalate to the SM/ASM/SSO any suspicious activity, irregularity, or potential theft identified during duty.
• Maintain strict confidentiality throughout the review process and always ensure compliance with data privacy laws.
• Recognize and clearly communicate operational limitations, including camera coverage, visibility conditions, system retention period, and video quality constraints.

General Responsibilities

• The Surveillance Officer shall maintain strict and absolute confidentiality of all CCTV footage, images, reports, logs, recordings, and any security-related information accessed, viewed, handled, or generated in the course of duty. Access to such information shall be strictly limited to authorized personnel for legitimate and official purposes only.
• Unauthorized capturing, recording, copying, downloading, photographing, transmitting, sharing, or distribution of CCTV footage, images, or security-related data through personal devices or any unauthorized medium is strictly prohibited.
• Disclosure, discussion, or dissemination of any information related to security incidents, criminal activities, investigations, surveillance observations, internal matters, or operational procedures to unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited and shall be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.
• All sensitive information concerning incidents, crimes, observations, and investigations must be kept strictly within the Security Department.
• No information shall be released to any internal or external party without prior clearance from the Security Manager.

Pay: Up to Php25,000.00 per month
