Job Description

Under the general guidance and the supervision of the Finance/ Accounting Officer and within the limits of established policies and procedures and service skills manual of Culinary Adventures Inc.; the responsibilities of a Data Encoder include transcribing and updating data accurately, verifying source documents, and managing digital files. For this role, you should have good knowledge of safeguarding company data integrity and providing reporting support to administrative and operations teams.

About Us

Culinary Adventures operates Sandtrap Café, Katsu Kimchi Restaurant, The Bakery, and the Tee Houses at Mount Malarayat Golf and Country Club, while also bringing culinary excellence in catering special events such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate functions held at the club. We also offer outside catering services, party platters, packed meals, and the Malarayat Adventures International Buffet. In addition, our bakery outlets have expanded which are located at SM City Sto. Tomas and SMDC Tagaytay.

Qualifications

• Completion of atleast 2 years in college or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or any related field.
• Computer literacy is required, specifically a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Preferably has a 1 to 2 years of prior experience in data entry, clerical support, or administrative support but fresh graduates are still encouraged to apply.
• Has capability to meet strict deadlines while managing high volumes of data.

Pay: Php15,600.00 - Php16,500.00 per month
