Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Man to join our team in Las Pinas. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and monitoring construction materials, tools, and equipment while ensuring accurate inventory records and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming construction materials, tools, and equipment against delivery documents.
  • Organize, store, and label materials in their designated locations to ensure easy identification and accessibility.
  • Prepare, pick, pack, and release materials, tools, and equipment based on approved material requests.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movement through proper documentation.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory and stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor inventory levels and immediately report low stock, damaged, missing, or obsolete materials.
  • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper housekeeping within the warehouse at all times.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and safekeeping of construction materials and equipment to prevent damage or loss.
  • Coordinate with project personnel, suppliers, and other departments regarding material deliveries and issuance.
  • Comply with company policies and all applicable health and safety regulations.
  • Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Senior High School, Associate Degree, or any related vocational course. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Preferably with experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or material handling in the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory management, and proper storage of construction materials is an advantage.
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving construction materials when necessary.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Honest, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work in Las Pinas City.
  • Applicants who can start immediately are preferred.
