Full job description

Will be managing multiple properties situated within and outside Metro Manila

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Cluster through the Property Management Company, including facilities management, security, housekeeping, equipment operations, customer service, finance, and administration.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to brand standards across all managed properties.
  • Foster and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with other business units at SMDC (Project Development, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Buyers Turnover Unit) to ensure a seamless transition from developer to condo corporation.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s organizational strategies, goals, and objectives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Review and approve the annual budgets for property management offices and individual properties before submitting them for fiscal approval from the SMDC Administration, Finance Head, and Property Management Head.
