Job description:

1. Follows the Store and Mall Admin House Rules

2. Implements daily opening and/or closing procedures in the dining and drinks area

3. Always courteous and greets all guests with delight and energy

4. Ensures guest satisfaction and deliver maximum customer service by following the eight service protocols

5. Serves only standard and high quality food and beverages to the guest

6. Ensures safety and maintain cleanliness on the assigned area of responsibility

7. Follows with the standard grooming and consistently wears proper uniform

8. Do proper cashiering procedures, from punching the order to giving the right amount of change

9. Handles shift sales and funds with care and follows standard cash control systems

10. Knowledgeable on the promos and discounts mechanics

11. Monitors and ensures completeness of documents related to her cashiering function

12. Receives delivery calls with proper documentation of order

13. Ensures phonelines, pos and card terminal is functioning well

14. Performs other admin tasks assigned ex. Promo and discount monitoring, OS monitoring, dessert&drinks inventory and transmittals etc..

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php16,680.00 per month
