Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering questions, providing recommendations, and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Sales Generation: Meeting or exceeding sales goals, upselling or cross-selling products, and promoting special offers.
- Merchandising & Inventory: Restocking merchandise, organizing the sales floor, cleaning, and assisting with inventory counts.
- Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on product features and benefits to confidently assist customers.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with customers.
- Product Knowledge: High product knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Attitude: Sales-driven, energetic, and professional..
