DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handles cash transactions with customers using cash registers
- Collect customer payments
- Issue official receipts, refunds, and the like
- Resolves customer complaints, guides them and provide relevant information
- Prepares report at the end of the day (if asked by supervisor)
- Greet customers who enter or leave establishments
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Bag, box, or wrap products
- Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.
