Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Sales Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sales transactions, assisting customers, and ensuring accurate cash handling while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges when necessary
- Maintain accuracy in cash drawer and balance transactions at the end of the shift
- Assist customers with product inquiries and basic sales support
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
- Coordinate with the sales team for product availability and stock concerns
- Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling and transactions
Qualifications
- High school graduate or college level; business-related courses are an advantage
- Previous experience as a cashier or in retail sales is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling money
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Trustworthy, responsible, and organized
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed
