Summary
Looking to hire a INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR (NOT AN EMPLOYEE) call center agent located in Makati City, Philippines for our auto detailing company based in the US. This is a US ACCOUNT, you'll be working Philippine overnight shift. Pay is in USD $2.40 - $3.25 per hour, and as an independent contractor working directly for the US Company (No BPO), you will be paid in USD.
A little bit about us:
Michie Auto Detailing LLC started in 2023 as a mobile detailing company in Oklahoma City, and have since expanded to Dallas, Texas and are looking for an assistant who can help us find contractors, manage active auto detailing jobs, and handle customer service inquiries. Your job role requires you to be active and outgoing and friendly.
Other tasks include:
Resolving existing contractor concerns
Handling active dispatch issues (E.g. Detailer arriving late)
Providing excellent customer service to clients
(Helping them with detail quality concerns)
Rescheduling appointments based on short notice
Following up on existing jobs to insure jobs were done correctly
Handling short notice operational changes
Negotiating pay rates with contractors to maximize company profit
Cold calling new contractors and handling outreach for hiring and prospecting new detailers
Cold calling previous clients to offer them detailing services
Again this is NOT a BPO position, we are looking for a virtual assistant located in Makati.
Pay: Php150.00 - Php220.00 per hour
