Full job description

  • Assist in sourcing casino promotional items and giveaways, mostly imported merchandise.
  • Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, and logistics for imported promotional items.
  • Monitor shipping schedules, documentation, and delivery timelines to meet redemption deadlines.
  • Ensure completeness of import documents (commercial invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, etc.)
  • Assist in planning procurement lead times for major casino events and promotions'
  • Ensure promotional items meet approved specifications, branding guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate sample approvals and pre-production checks
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and audit requirement
  • Maintain organized records of suppliers, quotations, contracts, and import documentation
  • Updated procurement systems and trackers for promotional purchases.
  • Prepare basic reports on promotional spend, order status, and supplier performance.

Qualification:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Logistics or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Experience

  • 0-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, marketing support or logistics
  • Exposure to imported goods, giveaways, or promotional items is an advantage.
  • Experience in hospitality, casino, or marketing-driven environments is a plus.

Skills and competencies

  • Basic knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes
  • Understanding of importation and logistics fundamentals (Intercoms, lead times, shipping modes)
  • Strong coordnation and follow-up skills
  • Proficient in Ms Excel, word and email communication
  • Good communication skills
