Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment bookings with shipping lines, airlines, clients, and overseas agents for import and export shipments.
• Monitor and track shipment status to ensure timely delivery and provide updates to clients.
• Assist in preparing and processing shipping documents, including bills of lading, airway bills, delivery orders, and other freight forwarding requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations, Customs Brokerage, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth shipment handling.
• Communicate with clients and agents regarding shipment schedules, cargo status, and other forwarding-related concerns.
• Assist in coordinating cargo pick-up, delivery arrangements, and transportation schedules.
• Prepare and process payment requests, freight charges, and other shipment-related expenses.
• Monitor the liquidation of operational expenses and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and organize files for easy monitoring and reference.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with airfreight and/or seafreight processes is an advantage.
• Computer literate, with basic knowledge of MS Office and other office applications.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced freight forwarding environment.
• Preferably residing in Metro Manila.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
