Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and dependable Administrative Assistant to join our growing healthcare team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, help maintain accurate records, coordinate day-to-day activities, and support the smooth operation of the business. This position is ideal for someone with a solid administrative foundation who is eager to grow, enjoys learning new technology, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where processes continue to evolve through AI, automation, and modern software.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team.
  • Manage emails, documents, records, and data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and follow-up tasks.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure documentation remains accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in tracking ongoing projects, deadlines, and operational tasks.
  • Learn and utilize new software platforms, AI tools, and business systems as they are introduced.
  • Communicate professionally with vendors, partners, and service providers as needed.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other administrative documents.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative, administrative assistant, virtual assistant, customer service, or office support role.
  • Tech-savvy and confident learning new software, digital tools, and business applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A fast learner who adapts well to changing processes and evolving responsibilities.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to solve problems independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other common business applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Comfortable making outbound phone calls to vendors or service providers when required (preferred but not required).

Salary: Php 35,000/month
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Philippine Time)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,000.00 per month
