Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and dependable Administrative Assistant to join our growing healthcare team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, help maintain accurate records, coordinate day-to-day activities, and support the smooth operation of the business. This position is ideal for someone with a solid administrative foundation who is eager to grow, enjoys learning new technology, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where processes continue to evolve through AI, automation, and modern software.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team.
- Manage emails, documents, records, and data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and follow-up tasks.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure documentation remains accurate and up to date.
- Assist in tracking ongoing projects, deadlines, and operational tasks.
- Learn and utilize new software platforms, AI tools, and business systems as they are introduced.
- Communicate professionally with vendors, partners, and service providers as needed.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other administrative documents.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative, administrative assistant, virtual assistant, customer service, or office support role.
- Tech-savvy and confident learning new software, digital tools, and business applications.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
