Job Summary:
A Service Crew member is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive dining experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and proper portioning.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining, kitchen, and service areas.
• Replenish supplies and monitor inventory levels.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints courteously.
• Follow company policies, food safety regulations, and health standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or customer service is an advantage but not required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
