Full job description
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract top talent.
Reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across various functions while ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job briefing to offer management and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate both technical suitability and cultural fit.
- Provide market insights, talent mapping, and recruitment recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Drive recruitment process improvements and contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports, updates, and hiring metrics.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably handling end-to-end hiring.
- Candidates from executive search firms, recruitment agencies, or headhunting backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with diverse and multicultural teams is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset.
