JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently hiring a Hotel Booking Agent to assist guests with hotel bookings and reservation-related concerns in a fast-paced BPO environment. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, processing reservations, and ensuring customers have a smooth and hassle-free booking experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
  • Assist guests with hotel bookings and reservations

  • Document all customer interactions in the system

This is a shifting schedule role, including weekends and holidays. Full paid training is provided for all new hires.

REQUIREMENTS
