Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for HR budget planning, monitoring, financial reporting, strategic planning, and data analytics. The role involves preparing and managing budgets, monitoring expenses, analyzing financial and workforce data, creating reports and dashboards, and providing recommendations to support informed decision-making. It also supports strategic initiatives, tracks HR performance, and ensures efficient use of resources to help achieve organizational goals.





Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, BusinessAdministration, Finance, Economics, or any related business course.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience inbudgeting, financial analysis, management reporting, strategic planning,payroll, or business analytics.
  • Experience in HR budgeting, manpower costanalysis, and workforce planning is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, financial reporting, and datamanagement skills.
  • Proficient in preparing reports and providinginsights to support business and management decisions.
