You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the tasks and workloads of the team. This team handles employee lifecycle and data management transactional services. The supervisor ensures that all processes are executed efficiently and accurately, providing guidance and support to team members as needed. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth operations and ensuring that all HR-related transactions are completed in a timely and compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises all day-to-day duties and activities of specific team/process/sub stream within a specific process and/or in scope countries and ensure workload is fairly distributed across team members.
• He/she is responsible for coordinating with the insurance principals and assists the HR Manager in the renewals & APE processes.
• Assist the HR Head in creating and maintaining employee files/records.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in HR services
• Concise and effective communicator, both verbal and written, with team members, colleagues, and external parties as required.
• People management skills, with experience in leading and developing teams.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
