Key Duties & Responsibilities

Health, Safety & Environment

  • Develop and enforce workplace safety and health policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and accident investigations
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE, EMB, BFP, LGU, and other regulatory requirements
  • Oversee environmental programs (waste management, pollution control, sustainability initiatives)
  • Lead emergency preparedness programs (fire, earthquake, chemical, and disaster drills)
  • Supervise inspection and maintenance of firefighting systems and safety equipment
  • Prepare and submit mandatory government and management EHSS reports
  • Conduct safety trainings for employees, contractors, and newly hired personnel
  • Manage EHSS budget planning and cost optimization

Security Management

  • Plan, organize, and supervise all security operations and personnel
  • Oversee security contractors and ensure compliance with RA 11917 & RA 10591
  • Conduct security risk assessments and implement preventive measures
  • Develop security plans for high-risk or special events
  • Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in EHSS or related management role
  • Strong background in Health, Environment, Safety, and Security compliance
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and reporting requirements
  • Strong leadership, risk assessment, and crisis management skills
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php33,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
