Job Purpose:

Entry level position responsible to develop and supervise data and technology security systems to help prevent breaches, taps, and leaks associated with cybercrime. This entry-level position offers opportunities to gain hands-on experience with rapidly-evolving technologies in a constantly growing financial technology and security industry.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Stay aware of the latest in security information and manage other cybersecurity professionals’ work
• Address security-related issues through the frameworks, tools, and processes involved in problem solving
• Involve in regularly communicating and educating stakeholders about cybersecurity policies, guidelines, and best practices
• Simulate cyber-attacks, proof of concept, and system and process flaw validations
• Hands-on with major operating systems, including Linux, UNIX, and Windows, along with knowledge of major database platforms and cloud infrastructures, like MySQL, MSSQL, and Oracle
• Investigate issues, compromises, and organize findings to meet the policies and even regulations
• Work with a team of cybersecurity professionals, engineers develop protocols that help companies stay on top of their security needs
• Help plan and create cybersecurity policies that prevent breaches and intrusions
• Run tests and simulations to determine a company’s vulnerabilities
• Deploy and test new security software, hardware, and solutions
• Take responsibility for keeping systems working, backing up, and restoring from backup
• Determine the root causes of any security breaches and generate reports and present about how to improve security after a breach

Skills/Qualifications:

• Basic and General Programming Skills (Software Design, Coding, Debugging, Documentation, and Testing)
• Fresh Graduate of any of the following degree: BS CS, BS IT, CoE
• Good background of the core skills will be preferred:
• Proficiency with programming of any scripting language
• Development experience with any of the following languages: C#, Objective-C, C++, Java, Swift, XAML, Python
• Web development: HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, Ajax & JQuery is plus
• Database: MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL
• Markup Languages: XML, JSON, SOA (REST/SOAP)
• Platform: Windows, Linux, MacOS
• Services: MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, Mail (SMTP/POP)
• Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP
