Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead the company's sales and marketing functions within the medical devices industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, developing sales strategies, leading sales and marketing teams, and driving initiatives aligned with the company's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales and marketing opportunities.
- Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Lead and oversee the company's Sales and Marketing teams.
- Establish sales targets, performance measures, and execution strategies.
- Monitor market conditions, customer requirements, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Lead negotiations and support the development of strategic accounts.
- Monitor sales performance and recommend corrective or growth initiatives.
- Work closely with Management in developing strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance direction to Sales and Marketing personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is an advantage.
- 3–5 years of relevant Sales and Marketing experience, including proven managerial or leadership experience.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, decision-making, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Experience within medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams and develop new business opportunities.
Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php200,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
