SALES ASSOCIATE

A Sales Associate works closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right ones for them. They must have excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers and providing excellent service
• Operating cash registers, managing transactions, and balancing drawers
• Increasing in store sales
• Having accurate product knowledge
• Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers
• Handling visual merchandising of products

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail, sales, or a similar role
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficient in English
• Basic Math skills
• Track record of over-achieving sales quota
• Familiarity with inventory procedures
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly with a customer service focus
• Available Locations: SM North EDSA
