About the role

The Sales Associate is responsible for engaging with customers to close a sale or give assistance to what the customers need. The role requires target and sales as top priority, executing an expected high level of customer service. The Sales Associate shall also make certain that items on the sales floor are in order and well-kept and displayed according to standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience by being knowledgeable about the products sold in the stores – features, benefits, fit, use and trivia about the merchandise
• Promote and practice excellent customer service with sincerity and efficiency
• Perform shoe cleaning as an extra service to customers who purchase from Capital and Forum stores
• Make certain that all items on display have security tags, size beads and are crease-free
• Steam apparels that are to be displayed in the selling area
• Organize and ensure completeness of the items in the assigned zone and other zones as necessary by way of automatic refills
• Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness of the store
• Consistently adhere to the endorsement procedure with co-athletes when going on breaks or when there is a need to be out of the sales floor

Pay: Php18,185.83 - Php20,000.00 per month
