Job Summary:
We're looking for customer-focused individuals to join our Healthcare Account team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Document customer interactions in the system
- Assist with healthcare inquiries such as benefits, coverage and claims
- Handle calls from customer
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate
- Senior High Graduate
- College Graduate
- No BPO experience required (training provided)
- Good to excellent English communication skills
