The Office Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient functioning of the office environment. This position involves a combination of administrative, organizational, and clerical tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Willing to be assigned and work onsite at DLSU Laguna Campus.
