Work you will do
Serve as an advisor to other SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll post-production support clients utilizing your expertise and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors application.
Work closely with clients to analyze business requirements and translate them into solutions.
Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and provide expert guidance on SAP Best Practices on specific modules (i.e. Employee Central Payroll, Payroll Control Center, SAP HCM for SAP ECC or S4/HANA).
Can do implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules (i.e. Employee Central Payroll, PCC, SAP ECC or S4/HANA) to align with client business needs.
Manage Stakeholder expectations, communicate complex HCM Payroll and SuccessFactors specific concepts clearly, and influence decision-making.
Configure and customize SuccessFactors functionalities to optimize module specific business processes.
Stays updated on HRSP Schedules and SuccessFactors newest releases and updates relevant to Country Specific Payroll regulations and recommends this new opt-in/opt-out features to client as needed.

A bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline is preferred. Other degree holders will also be considered.
4+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors and should have at least 2 years of Consulting Industry Experience.
2+ years of experience on SuccessFactors or HCM Payroll Implementation projects and working with packaged solutions or supporting SF Payroll clients.
Must have at least 1 certification in any SAP SuccessFactors module (at least EC Certified)
SuccessFactors EC, EC Payroll, or SAP HCM Payroll for SAP ECC or S4/HANA experience are preferred.
Experience of any other SuccessFactors modules.
Engage in consistent and ongoing interactions with internal and client subject matter experts to enhance internal solution assets.
Ability to continuously improve the current solution offerings with innovative ideas and design thinking.
Deep understanding of HR and Payroll processes and how they translate into SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll specific functionality.
Strong ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and drive projects forward without constant oversight.
Excellent at prioritizing multiple tasks, managing conflicting deadlines and working effectively in a dynamic environment.
Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to lead discussions, challenge assumptions, and guide clients toward effective solutions.
To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities:
Preferred but not required: SF Employee Central Payroll certified. Knowledge of EC Core HR, Payroll Control Center, HCM Payroll for SAP ECC or S4/HANA. Having additional certifications is an added advantage.
Demonstrate ability to learn quickly, adapt to organizational and technological change, and thrive in dynamic environments.
Comfort with using AI-driven tools and analytics to enhance HR processes, optimize implementations, and provide innovative client solutions.

Work you will do
