Job Description:
San Pablo Colleges Medical Center is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Staff (Disbursement) to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling disbursement processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely release of payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and prepare checks, vouchers, and other disbursement-related documents
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of supporting documents prior to payment release
  • Record disbursement transactions in the accounting system
  • Monitor and maintain disbursement schedules and reports
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers regarding payment concerns
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Assist in month-end closing and audit requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any related field
  • Preferably with at least 1–2 years of experience in accounting or disbursement-related work
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
  • Good communication and organizational skills
