Full job description

  • Responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with costumers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Product Development teams to escalate and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Responsible for managing and supporting the operations of the CARD Ottokonek platform. This role involves overseeing wholesaler orders, ensuring accurate data entry, tracking sales, and maintaining up-to-date customer and order information
  • Maintain and update customer and order information in the system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service, consumer relations, or a related field
  • Proven experience in wholesale distribution and retail management
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
