Full job description

The Logistics Liquidation Clerk is responsible for the accurate and on-time processing of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents, trucker billings, and returns in SAP. This role ensures that all financial and delivery records between the company, truckers, and clients are perfectly reconciled, audited, and cleared daily.

What you'll be doing

  • POD & Document Auditing: Receive, check, and process Proof of Delivery (POD) documents from truckers on time. Ensure all copies are signed, stamped, and accurately encoded into SAP.
  • Billing & Claims Management: Process trucker billings (BOF) and Miscellaneous Invoices (MSI). Formulate and issue claims memos to truckers on time in the event of incomplete or damaged deliveries.
  • Returns & Inventory Reconciliation: Handle returned stocks and perform daily matching of Return Goods Slips (RGS) against the system. Assist in warehouse wall-to-wall physical inventory counts.
  • Monitoring & Tracking: Maintain daily tracking files for unliquidated PODs, STO outbound/inbound transfers, and trucker claims. Proactively follow up on issues via email, Viber, or phone calls.

What we're looking for

  • College graduate
  • At least one (1) year of work experience in Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain operations
  • Strong background in logistics management; experience with SAP system is a major advantage
  • Willing to be assigned in San Roque, Marikina
