About us
SAN MIGUEL INTEGRATED LOGISTICS SERVICES, INC. (SMILSI) is a subsidiary of San Miguel Corporation, established to provide an effective and efficient logistics and warehousing solutions to the San Miguel group of companies.
Location: Mariveles, Bataan
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate receiving, storage, issuance, and transfer of raw materials and finished goods in accordance with warehouse procedures.
- Verify deliveries, ensure product quality, and maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
- Monitor inventory condition, identify discrepancies, and report non-conforming, slow-moving, and non-moving stocks.
- Coordinate with Production, Forklift Operators, and Warehouse personnel to ensure timely and accurate material movements.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and assist in month-end inventory activities to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Prepare and update inventory reports, warehouse locator maps, and other required warehouse records.
- Process and maintain SAP transactions related to receiving, issuance, transfers, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation, pest control, safety, and warehouse standards.
- Assist the Warehouse Head in daily warehouse operations, reporting, housekeeping, and other assigned duties.
About you
- College graduate, preferably in Accountancy, Management, Commerce, or any related course.
- At least one (1) year of work experience in warehouse or related operations.
- Detail-oriented and proficient in computer applications and SAP.
- Experience in warehouse management, inventory control, checking, and dispatch of finished goods.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules.
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php24,458.33 per month
