Barista – Oliver's Coffee
Location: 40 San Miguel Ave, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City, 1605 Metro Manila

Oliver's Coffee is looking for passionate, customer-oriented, and hardworking individuals to join our team as a Barista. The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, welcoming café environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and handle transactions efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, dining area, and workstations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishing stocks and supplies.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures.
- Assist in opening and closing store operations.
- Promote a positive customer experience through friendly and professional service.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
- Previous experience as a Barista, Service Crew, or in the food and beverage industry is an advantage but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and team-oriented.
