Job Description:

  • Supervise daily branch operations and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Resolve operational concerns and support branch efficiency.
  • Prepare daily reports, reconcile cash collections, verify bank deposits, and monitor branch inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
  • Lead the branch team by communicating company updates and achieving operational targets.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; applicants with an Associate's degree or vocational qualification plus at least two (2) years of supervisory experience are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, retail, or customer service operations is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
