Full job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. The Pharmacists should act as a liaison between Pharmacist, Nursing and Medical Staff, communicates with the Nurses and Physician regarding medication administration problems.

2. Provides pharmaceutical services at all times to patients, through an adequate supply of safe, effective and good quality drugs in appropriate dosage forms consistent with their needs in collaboration with Medical Staff.

3. Promotes optimum standards for rational drug therapy by establishing a Hospital Formulary.

4. Ensures the availability of drugs and medicines for emergency cases and treatment areas.

5. Provides the necessary drugs to emergency cases for the first 24 hours regardless of the patient’s capacity to pay.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy

2. Certified by the Professional Regulations Commission

3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, no experience needed
