  • Receives money and issues Official Receipts of Hospital Bill and Professional fees of the consultant.
  • Records all payments made by out-patients and in-patients thru the daily collection summary report
  • Records all discharge patients to the discharge logbook with corresponding attending physicians
  • Releases Professional fees of doctors
  • Updates all patients deposit or running deposit made thru the logbook
