Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, ECE, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or IT operations (fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude may be considered)
• Experience working in SLA-driven environments and using ticketing systems is an advantage
• Flexible visiting stores (15 stores) if needed

Technical Requirements

• Proficiency in supporting Windows (and/or macOS) operating systems and standard business applications
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN)
• Experience with user account management (e.g., Active Directory, email systems, ERP platforms such as Odoo)
• Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals)
• Understanding of endpoint security, antivirus tools, and patch management processes
• Exposure to network devices such as routers, switches, and access points is preferred

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
