Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and improve overall recruitment processes superworks.com+1.
  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various channels superworks.com+1.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze team performance metrics, assess effectiveness, and implement improvements as needed superworks.com.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and create job specifications superworks.com+1.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Oversee candidate sourcing efforts and ensure a diverse candidate pool through various recruitment channels superworks.com+1.
  • Interviewing and Selection: Participate in the interview process for key positions and guide the team in candidate assessment and selection superworks.com+1.
  • Recruitment Technology Utilization: Utilize recruitment tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve candidate experience superworks.com.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the employer brand and enhance the organization’s image in the job market superworks.com.
  • Operational Management: Ensure that the recruitment team operates efficiently, meeting key performance indicators and service-level agreements

Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of recruitment experience
  • Background in BPO or Shared Services recruitment
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment, team management, stakeholder management, reporting, and ATS utilization
  • Bachelor's graduate of any related field
  • Willing to work onsite at BGC, Taguig and on shifting schedule

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
