We are hiring an RPO Recruiter with 1–3 years of recruitment experience to support end-to-end hiring for client accounts.

Work Setup: Hybrid (onsite 3 days/week)

Perk: Free meals when onsite

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles

- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and social media

- Conduct phone/virtual screenings

- Coordinate interviews and candidate communications

- Maintain ATS records and ensure SLA compliance

- Perform strong talent mapping and sourcing across the APAC region.

Qualifications:

*- With at least 3 years of recruitment experience*-technical and non-technical roles.

*- Came from RPO, BPO, or agency recruitment background is preferred*

*- Strong talent mapping and sourcing experience in APAC markets*

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Willing to work onsite 3 days per week and 2 days WFH.

- Amenable to a day shift schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
