Room Attendant Supervisor jobs

Performs routine duties in the cleaning and servicing of guestrooms according to established departmental standards. Ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to the standard required of the Hotel.

The position holder shall undertake the following functions: (Specific, all related to the position)

• Responsible for cleaning 10-12 guest rooms during an 8 hour shift.

• Keep housekeeping trolleys and other equipment issued clean, neatly and orderly.

• Turn in Lost and Found items to the Housekeeping Supervisor with the following details :( Location found, Date found, Founder, Remarks).

• Report any maintenance requests or damages found to the Housekeeping Supervisor

• Keep all work areas, particularly the floor pantry area, in proper order.

• Inform Housekeeping Supervisor of any guest complaint for the necessary action and follow-up.

• Report any discrepancies to the Housekeeping Supervisor.

• Clean guest rooms and corridors according to established procedures and standards.

• Clean balconies, patios, back stairways and its railings.

• Clean air conditioner grills inside the guestrooms.

• Vacuum guest room and corridor carpets daily.

• Replenish with the standard quantities of guest amenities inside guestrooms.

• Provide required services to guests.

• Dispose garbage and trash properly.

• Transport clean linens from the linen room to the assigned Inns/Hotel linen stockroom.

• Clean inside windows of guestrooms and maintain plants accordingly.

• Coordinate with the laundry section of guest items for laundry (collection and delivery).

• Ensure the pantry is properly stocked upon the end of shift.

• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the supervisors or team leader from time to time.
