The primary focus of the Branch Quality Assurance Officer (Rizal Area) is to guarantee that branch locations strictly adhere to internal company guidelines and government regulations. This role centers on executing regular on-site and remote audits, cross-checking gadget, jewelry, and foreign currency appraisals, and assessing overall operational performance. The officer will play a vital role in protecting company integrity and enforcing consistent service excellence by spotting operational gaps and proposing necessary adjustments.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute branch compliance reviews to confirm adherence to BSP mandates, government rules, and corporate policies.
• Conduct digital and physical inspections of forex, gadget, and jewelry valuations to ensure precision.
• Assess overall branch management, specifically focusing on:
• Cash on Hand (COH): Audit and verify the accuracy of branch cash reserves.
• Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FFE): Inspect asset conditions, inventory completeness, and proper usage.
• Operational SOPs: Ensure everyday workflows match established company protocols.
• Confirm that safety regulations and company guidelines are implemented correctly.
• Keep track of audit observations and submit comprehensive reports detailing corrective actions.
• Manage special tasks such as safe combination updates and vault stock turnovers.
• Double-check that official receipts, accounting books, and branch logs are correct and up to date.
• Execute all audit responsibilities with strict transparency, objectivity, and proper record-keeping.
• Engage in continuous training to sharpen skills in POS systems, internal SOPs, and appraisal methods.
• Keep company-provided tools and appraisal equipment well-maintained.
• Formulate weekly schedules and audit agendas based on targeted regional goals.
• Fulfill additional operational tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Completed at least college-level education in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of background in internal auditing, branch workflows, or similar roles.
• Fully proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experienced in evaluating jewelry, electronic devices, and foreign currencies.
• Sharp analytical mindset with an excellent eye for detail.
• Unbiased, principled, and possesses strong critical thinking skills.
• Collaborative worker who excels in a team environment.
• Open to frequent fieldwork and corporate travel.
• Capable of handling high-pressure situations while keeping ethical standards intact.
