True North Management Inc. is seeking a Pharmacist who is an independent contractor for a role of Data Entry and Quality Assurance Specialist.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining internal customer database by entering new and updated customer order information:
• Transcribing prescription directions into database
• Verifying prescription order details over the phone or by fax
• Verifying and updating expired doctors’ licenses
• Processing customer and account source documents by reviewing information for discrepancies
• Maintaining operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes
• Maintaining customer confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential
• Verbal & written interaction with customers
• Receiving, saving, and uploading customer paperwork into database
• Working on pharmacy inquiries
• Liasing with doctors and other healthcare professionals
• Coaching CSRs as needed
• Interacting with leaders & peers to resolve customer service concerns
• Working independently & within groups in a time-sensitive, results oriented environment
• Quality Assurance – review of prescriptions and advising on drug interactions where required.

Education Requirement and Work Experience:

• Registered Pharmacist - Active License
• At least 1-2 years experience
• Good to Excellent English communication skills

• Must have a dedicated and quiet workspace at home conducive to working without distractions.
• Own computer or laptop with updated software and hardware requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Available to work during office business hours in BC, Canada (Pacific Standard time).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php120.00 - Php150.00 per hour
