We are seeking a Vikings Event Server to join Polystar Business Solutions in SM NORTH EDSA. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional service in a dynamic events environment. As a Vikings Event Server, you will be the face of our hospitality service, ensuring that every guest experiences outstanding customer care and attention to detail. This role is integral to creating memorable dining experiences and maintaining the high standards that define our brand.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting guests warmly and professionally upon arrival at events
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders and communicating them to the kitchen and bar staff
• Serving food and drinks with precision, ensuring items are delivered to the correct guests at the appropriate temperature
• Maintaining knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and beverage offerings to assist guests with selections
• Clearing tables promptly and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining and event areas
• Responding to guest requests and special requirements with professionalism and courtesy
• Handling payments and processing transactions accurately
• Working collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and other event staff to ensure seamless service delivery
• Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Assisting with event setup and breakdown as required

Pay: From Php695.00 per day
